Welcome to the Tanzania Entrepreneurship Foundation (TEF), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in Tanzania. Our mission is to empower individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of their economic future by providing them with the tools, techniques, and frameworks they need to start, grow, and excel in their businesses.

Founded in 2018, TEF is headquartered in Morogoro and has branches in Dar es Salaam, Mafia, Moshi, Dodoma and Tanga. We believe that the key to unlocking the potential of our economy lies in empowering individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of their economic future.

Our programs are designed to educate and inspire young people, through teaching students at different levels of education in Tanzania, like secondary school, university, and college levels, and also starting classes in different communities like small Investment groups, church groups, youth groups, women groups, farmers groups and many other kinds of groups that are part of our society.

To reach out to more people and provide them with the necessary tools, techniques, and frameworks they need to start, grow, and excel in their businesses, we started a radio show called Okoa FM, found on frequency 106.3. Through Okoa FM, we are able to answer questions and provide expert insights on various topics related to entrepreneurship and business, and help to create a culture of entrepreneurship in Tanzania.
