OCTAVIAN MSONGAMWANJA

Board Member (consultants)

Octavian was born in Morogoro, Tanzania and is passionate about helping people find their purpose in life through business. He has been exposed to cross-cultural leadership, international business, and mentorship programs in both Africa and America. Octavian is committed to equipping others to business ownership to help families improve their living standards through economic development activities and to advance the Kingdom of God.


ASIFIWE NYAGAWA

Secretary of TEF (regional coordinator)

Asifiwe was born and raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Njombe -Tanzania. She is undergraduate of Geography and Environmental studies 2020 in school of social sciences in university of Dodoma. Her aclling is helping people to discover their purposes and live their dreams through business life and serving almighty GOD.


FRUMENCE MSONGAMWANJA

Chairman of the board

Frumence Msonga was born in Morogoro, Tanzania. He is married and is a father to five children. He is very passionate about helping people unlock their potential and instill in them the courage and belief that they can do whatever they wish when they play their part. He is an entrepreneur and a pastor and for over 20 years he has helped people further their lives and become more productive. He is dedicated to seeing people’s lives and transformed holistically so they may become agents of change in their respective communities


Eliya Mwampamba

Chairman of TEF

CHAIRMAN OF TANZANIA Entrepreneurship Foundation and currently spearheads the works of Inspiring Better Business Talks as Country coordinator of Tanzania. Eliya Mwampamba was born at southern part of Tanzania at Mbeya region and is passionate about helping people find their purpose in life through business.

Eliya committed to equipping others to business ownership to help families improve their living standards through economic development activities and to advance into independent economy.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Stefano Moshi memorial university Branch of Makumira -Tanzania in 2015 He worked with a variety of international non-profit organizations to help communities overcome poverty in Tanzania mainland have helped schools to become financially self sufficient by starting school based enterprises and helped form community based microfinance groups.

He continues to inspire those who are called to own businesses . He is also excited about helping small to mid-sized businesses start, grow and excel. He believes in working in partnership with local institutions or group of individuals in creating sustainable economic development.


TAUSI MILLER

Board Member (financial adviser)

Tausi Miller born and raised In a family full of boys around I live in kibaha i hold a degree in tourism and a master degree in Marketing, I have more that three years doing community works and seven years working as a banker through these experience I managed to understand more what the community needs and what does the banking industry has to offer to the community. With the small experience I hold I have managed to own my business a retail shop, chicken keeping and pigs as well. So far it is a great experience with some few challenges as nothing is done without challenges.

My entire life my heart has been bleeding to help people achieve their dreams in many ways I have assisted students to be able to accomplish their studies, helped people start up their business and also i love doing community activities and charity works that what makes me happy helping the needy.

I real aspire to create memorable life on earth by imparting people with positive mind set that you can do anything and be anything on this earth as long as you believe yourself and God it doesn’t matter the age, the culture, education or background you can still change your story if you want to.
