OUR STORY

Tanzania, as any other developing nation, has a greater number of unemployment as most talented people are expecting to get a good job that does not exist. However, the idea of TEF came about after the visit of Mr. Gary Shotton and Octavian Msongamwanja. Gary Shotton is the founder of Inspiring Better Business and visited Tanzania in May 2018 along with Octavian Msongamwanja who is a Tanzanian native from Morogoro.

During this trip, the duo encouraged people that economic transformation of Tanzania will be built by Tanzanians and not outsiders. In order for this to happen, the sooner we change our mindset of being job seekers to becoming job creators the better. This was the genesis of TEF wanting to inspire and guide those with an entrepreneurship mindset to start, grow and excel their businesses.
